Workshops / Skills Groups

Workshops and specialized Skills Groups are a great way to get educated/deepen your knowledge on a topic in a more interactive way, build or enhance your skill sets, and practice application, all within a group setting.

Asking for help, however it is for addressing a problem or for exploring yourself, takes courage. It reveals strength and not weakness. It also means that you get one step closer to where you want to get.
